Our resolution for 2026 is simple: Better content. We’ve learned so much over the past year, and we are committed to pushing our boundaries even further. In the coming months, you can expect:

We hope you all had a fantastic holiday season. The team at Candylight Studio took a short, much needed break to recharge our batteries, but we are now back in the office and ready to dive into our most ambitious year yet.

Here is what you can expect from us in the coming weeks:

The Return of Passion’s Playground

Now that Loot Line Season 2 is out, we finally have the time to devote ourselves fully to Passion's Playground.

• Next Update: Expect a new version in approximately two weeks.
• The Routine: Following that release, we are returning to our regular schedule of launching updates every two weeks.

Loot Line Season 2 hits GOG TODAY

We are thrilled to announce that Loot Line Season 2 is expanding to a new platform!

• Launch Time: Today at 3 PM CET
• Platform: GOG

️ Transparency & Improvements

We want to make sure you know exactly what your support is building.

• Progress Tracking: We will be updating our Patreon page layout so you can more clearly see the development progress we’ve made on all titles.
• Bug Fixes: We haven't forgotten the reports! We are spending this month squashing bugs reported on Patreon, Discord and on Steam to ensure a smoother experience.
• Demos: Next week, we will be adding "Demo Versions" for each of our completed games. This allows new players to try our work before committing to a purchase.

Growing the Team: Translators Wanted

We want to bring our games to a global audience, but we want to do it the right way. We will not be using AI for translations. We are looking for real people to help us localize our games.

Hello everyone!

It’s time for another update on our progress as we kick things into high gear for 2026. We have a lot of exciting content coming for Passion's Playground, along with some much-needed maintenance for our older titles.

Passion's Playground: What’s Coming
Our focus for the upcoming update is heavily centered on character growth and, of course, the spicy content you’ve been waiting for. Here is a breakdown of what to expect:

• Character Development: New scenes and story beats for Chloe, Tess, and Kate, along with some of our supporting cast.
• NSFW Content: We are adding 4 to 6 new NSFW scenes, each featuring a different character.
• New Faces: A brand new female character will be making her debut in this update!
• Story Progress: The main plot will receive a minimal update this time around, as we are saving a story expansion for the version after this one.

We want everyone to be able to experience our work before committing. We have now added a DEMO version for each of our completed games.

Next week, we are dedicating time to cleaning up our catalog. We will be releasing updates for our older completed games to address various reported bugs.

While this primarily focuses on The Lust City 2, every one of our games will receive a fix update.

A Call for Community Spell-Checkers
We’ve seen numerous reports regarding translation quality in different languages. We take this seriously and want our games to be as immersive as possible.

We are looking for native speakers or fluent players to help us with spell-checking and proofreading our translated versions. If you’ve noticed errors and want to help us polish the experience for your language, please reach out to us!
