I think it is broken in this update. I started a new save and they never talk to me at the college. What is supposed to happen is you speak to Amber and then speak to Audrey and she tells you to go to the mayor and then you blackmail her. Candace is also supposed to show up at the strip club. In this update though neither one of them will speak to me. I think you have to party with the girls a few times but I have done it like well over 100 times and it still never triggers like it is supposed to.

For everyone having trouble with the Candace/Amber routes, I've replayed it again and tried to reproduce the bugs you're mentioning, but I can go through the route no problem on my end. I discovered a small code typo though that might make it possible to perform the ritual before confronting Amber though (I'm not sure, will take some time to look through it properly) - I'm correcting this and uploading a hotfix. Hopefully this should make the route a little less prone to errors. Could you be more specific about the order in which you did things. My current suspicion is that getting stuck on the route is due to pressing 'Update' after going through part of the route.

Always update before doing anything else!

Not broken far as I can tell. I think you forgot a step.
Before you visit Candace you have to text her. She will tell you to come visit and that's when she shows up in the strip club.

so i think i realized the issue, if you talk to candace again before amber i think it sets the quest back in time. because i've talked to audrey a bunch of times for it but i did it again from candace -> audrey -> mayor writing the bill again (had done it at least once before) -> straight to amber and then i got the option. it seems like a few quests dont flag right because i can still buy the house as well as choose to marry as well after having done both

Texting worked. Although now I am losing 100 funds everyday because the club doesn't work. That was broken in the 0.6 update too though. Says it gives 500 funds per day but actually does nothing.

Not sure if it's a problem due to older versions but other characters that should be finished aren't finishing for me. Candace and the 3 girls in Rushbrook Av.

I've tried every option from inviting, texting, to visiting in their houses and every option but I'm not getting the achievement for them.

Also for the harem is the 2nd thrall not implemented yet?

You need to change the public site usage policies as well, which is done through City Hall

I managed. I had to restart the game and it worked. Don't know what happened.
In the previous save file I did changed the policies, I did everything at the City Hall.
