It's hard to say. Carmichael's friend is Monique - if you've completed her content she should be pregnant in the east wing. Have you completed all the scenes there with her pregnant?

Monique does not appear probably because of pregnancy being disabled in settings.

I cant from the top of my head remember who the last girl mentioned is, but use the in game walkthrough and use process of elimination to figure out which girl it is.

Carmen's sister isn't a character in the game. Khrisis added her in one or two scenes as a plant for potential future versions. When I took over the game again I didn't feel compelled to make her a full on character, as I'd rather work on my own ideas.

you need to reference them in the code or rename them to replace the existing files.

if you name them exactly like the files in the folder, they should be displayed instead of the original already unless you try to pass a video file as jpg or a gif as a video.

pick a file you want to replace. note down its exact file name.
pick a file you want to replace it with. change its name to the noted file name (on windows you can press f2 to start renaming)
pull the file into the directory, click replace.
the original file is overwritten and lost.
if the file is not the same filetype, all you see is media placeholder (small box with an x in it most of the time)

It will conclude the main story and have some other work done to round off the world a little. The last update, 1.0, will be an ending, some more round off stuff, as well as an "epilogue"
