It's hard to say. Carmichael's friend is Monique - if you've completed her content she should be pregnant in the east wing. Have you completed all the scenes there with her pregnant?
The concert girl is Saffron, you go there with Aletta. There is no bug that I know of that causes her to not show up. She can be found at Erebus after that first encounter.
Lexi and Laura are the first two girls you mention, laura you meet automatically at the college when you started working there. Lexi you just have to refresh the text from unknown sender. Once you have one of these texts pulled up, hit ctrl+R until you get Lexi's message.
I cant from the top of my head remember who the last girl mentioned is, but use the in game walkthrough and use process of elimination to figure out which girl it is.
If you're still having trouble it could be because you potentially manually altered some stats, that broke the game.
if not, then send me the save file and I'll have a look.

bro please... just scroll up in the thread, people ask this 50 times every update. Better yet, the reason why is given in the OP.
A html file is just a text file, it's small. The size of the game is in the images, which i no longer provide. If you want them there's a fan patch.

I know what I said, I chose to write 0.2 instead of 0.20 because of the zero being the last digit, therefore not being necessary to write down. I know that's not how version numbers work but I don't really give a fuck

but we aren't talking about a decimal number, but a succession of digit in a identificative number.
