It's kind of hard to determine if it's better, imo Angelina is worth more but with the other option you can get "followers" who are slaves and there are several.
Try saving there and doing a split gameplay, I do it like this

So much of these images and videos are taken from OnlyFans. Young women who aren't going to be young forever, putting their bodies and sexual interactions online to get paid for it -- and this game's supporters aren't paying the women but the dev who stole their images.
I'm not sure how it would be unjust for them to ask for a cut.

It in the OP and it shows v0.16 but on the mod's page it has been updated to v.17.0.1
You can get both (Angelina and Followers) with this mod file. It is just a modded html which you run instead of the OG html.
PS: For some reasons file is numbered v17.0.0.1

Is the Fan Patch the whole game but with a few changes or do i need to download the original and then transfer the fan patch to the original game

The original is the game without images. Applying the fan patch gives you them.
