Ok, update: you need to complete the little quest "classified informations": after that, you'll unlock the bookstore for obtain the volume V, and the vending machine with code 1982 will give you the volume II.

man, my rtx3050 can handle Hogwarts Legacy at max quality, but this LN game just eats up a bunch of memory and still cant get its fps pass 60
