Yes, the version uploaded here is the latest (0.07). Vivien hasn't shared any information about when the next update will be yet that I know of.

At a guess, the reason it doesn't exist, is because there are so many variables for the scenes that need to click for them to flow "optimally".
What you're looking into doing is more of a combination walkthrough and replay gallery to get everything to click.
Guessing it hasn't been worth it to do so from the people who do gallery/walkthrough mods so far.
are there any recommendations similar to this game? kind of niche less known games but fantastic for what it is?

I do agree with uugeli below here that nothing really lives in the space of this game. Most of the 'big girl' games aren't that big on story changes and just allow you to live the story. If you want adaptability, sadly you're going to have to move out of the big woman space currently.

Not like this, no. Games with bigger women sure, but not really with the dialogue standards this game has set or that what you say/choose actually changes the scenes in the game.

All of these games except the last one are from the same creator, one drawback is that the women in them don't have a big bush between their legs

Silvastone asked for recommendations and based on what happens in Peaches Are Not the Only Fruit, which focuses on big women, these are the games that I played that I could recommend as the most similar I know. I'm well aware that the games often don't allow you to have story branching, but these are what I played and what I know to be of good enough quality to put time into if you like larger women. I'm sorry to hear the big bush women you are looking for weren't in that game. It seems like a missed opportunity to not have put them in. But I'm not sure if not having them makes them not worth playing. It might make them less appealing for you and I totally understand that. There are a couple drawbacks, but I don't feel like there's a lot to offer in this specific niche.
You're welcome and now by me encouraged to give out your own recommendations, and perhaps I can take some of these up for a review sometime. As with uugeli's post, the problem is that silvastone hasn't given specifics to 'similar to this game'. If we were to go by 'kind of niche less known games but fantastic for what it is?', I would say

All I want is for him to find a new game to enjoy, and it might be one of the games I mentioned. not only that but they make the fat chicks in this VN way to sassy or whatever. like bruh your fat and there is a guy that is fit and into you yet your acting hard to get like you got a line of guys at the ready.

For me this game offers a realistic take on the women and I - and many other BBW lovers I believe - like the design. Sure, this game could feature better animations or better graphics, but given that this is done by one person with little free time and the game is free for all, I think it's a marvelous job. Especially because the dialogue is way better than in many games on this genre (porn games in general) and scenes actually change based on what you choose to do/say.
You make an assumption that because someone is bigger she wouldn't have many who would courtship her and boy are you wrong about that. There are many people in this world that actually prefer BBW. Also, the game mechanics, as pointed above, is based on the difficulty of understanding the dialogue and responding correctly, this is what separates this game for so many others. I'm sure you find tons to play on this site that are more to your licking.
