What shards? Chaos Crystal? The guild guy who take them are at the dungeon camp, near the south trees, where you can see your guild points.

Is there actually a Guild Headquarters somewhere or have I finished? More than enough to reach Diamond if there is that level.

Tried the map in the house in town and while it comes up it doesn't seem to do anything.

Not in this game, no. No headquarters. If you did everything, yeah, you just need to go to the crystal for credits.

This game very good so far except for a few bug like (Maybe I would visit bonika at the tavern. keep repeating at the start and few text in Portuguese).

I'm having an issue when I accept the quest from this dude where I have to go and fight the werewolf guy with Jessica but after I do that, I can't return to the village. I'm softlocked.

Your mission is not fight the werewolf, but take the stolen goods. Interact with the crate at the top.
