Fixed some of the bugs mentioned and added a note when going to the gallery that you need to install spicy mod etc. to get all of the scenes. No idea why it doesn't work when you have a dog in your party so just added a note in the OP about that.

Damn dude let the modder some amount of profit for from his work....
Or make you own.
How to fix? No matter what I do I always get stuck when entering the house right after I rent it. Can't move and can't go to the menu.

I agree. Modders for these games improve my experience for sure.
