Another easy way to cheat:

1) Open this file - Peasant's Quest/www/data/armors.json

2) Change it to look like this -

Now start the game, walk into the blacksmith shop and buy the ring for 30g. It's description should now say "Ultimate" instead of "M.attack+3" - if so, it worked. Put that bad boy on and all your stats & hitpoints will be over 1000.

You'll be one-punching anything in the game with ease.

added the 'ultimate ring' for the bridge and fires then restarted with the original ring

There isn't a www/data/armors.json , there isn't even a data...i made sure to start a game to but bubkiss

There's no folders besides save folder...

Data folders are hidden in the published compressed version. You need to run the enigma to unpack it into the unofficial uncompressed version to get access to the core files like the data folder.

What if I don't want to use the unofficial compressed version then?


Doesn't really matter though since I found another fix...

It's saying "this door is locked" when I go to the house. I put the "www" folder in where my game is. Is there something I've missed? I'd much appreciate some help, thanks.:)

It's just taking all the files in www folder from my modded 1.71 folder into 1.75 www folder. I am able to continue with the old saves from 1.71 but not able to start new saves, though that's a minor problem since I can just import them from a unmodded copied folder.

It's a really roundabout way but I'm a real noob when it comes to these things.
