Did you use the Enigma unpacker to convert the game into an uncompressed state? Uncompressed means more than 'I unzipped it' when it comes to the cheat mod. If you have no Data folder then you haven't uncompressed it or you aren't in the correct folder (Enigma unpacks the game in a different folder)
