There is no wrong way to play a game. (Any game, not just PQ...the OP said they were asking for cheats for some other game.) Some people like playing a game as intended, no cheats or exploits. Some try different in-game choices to see what changes. Some use any built-in cheats but nothing else. Some manually edit stuff. Some don't edit/cheat but abuse the bejeebers out of exploits. Some just want the story and/or lewds.

Some players do bork their game(s) with manual edits and ask for help. Pretty sure most of them are both new to explicit games and also not very experienced with editing, searching for existing answers, and asking for help. Getting annoyed with them is unfair.

Getting annoyed at the ones who SHOULD know how it works, or who lie about having edited when asking for help, is totally fine in my book...

no i dont use mods , only the gallery one ...
in the past other one was like 2-3 updates behind and people kept using it and so many fake/oudated errors because of it.
that was so damm annoying, Tinkerer wasted some time on that due we report bugs from here aswell to make the game the best it can be.,

Just use the old Decenser and you dont have to use Cheats and take it easy in the game One quest at the time

They do win the porn they are looking for and use less time.

I, too, don't play simply just to win. If I don't have fun playing, I rather do something else.

Don't think I would have stuck with it without both good story/writing and the porn. But that's just me, no judgement on anyone else's preferences.

When I play other RPGM's after this one I get a Pop-up:
"Your profile cannot be used because it is from a newer version of NW.js.
Some features may not be available. Please specify a different profile directory or use a newer version of NW.js."
How or what do I need to do?

Not my specialty but the guys who can help will need more info. What version is the old save from? What version are you trying to use it with (newest is 3.55)? What are you playing it on: PC, Mac, Linux, or Android? Does it not load at all, load but start you back on Day 1, something else?

How did you transfer your saves? Did you copy the whole save folder from older version to newer version?

When a game isn't even finished, cheating doesn't matter. As others have said, people can play how they want. Its a fucking porno game man. Let people zoom to the fuck content if they don't want to have to put up with the grind or RPGM blowing up their PC, because not many devs know how to build with it.

So guys, Im kinda stuck.

Erevis Daughter has laid that glowing egg. But nothing else seems to happen now. Even after many many days.
What am I missing?

And I think the Brigitte Sun Lotion Quest is bugged.. Saw some videos where they're mixing the Lotion with Perfume, but I cant do that , yet she takes the Sun Lotion I craft from the Deer Antlers and is always pleased. She has 5 Hearts affection, but I cant ask her to come to the lodge since I cant proceed with the sun lotion quest.

And what about Vixenatrix. Shes been pregnant for Like 60 days now. How to proceed ?

Hatching hasn't been added to the game yet. But there is more content for ED, including related to the egg, keep following the storyline for that.

v3.55 had bugs relating to perfume & the good-smelling sun lotion. Install the v3.55 bugfix, found on the OP.

Content for her including laying her egg will be added in the next update (v3.6x), anticipated before mid-December. But no guarantees on the exact date, sometimes Stuff Happens to delay things.

I find that if things arnt moving along with the Tower then it's best to continue the Temple quests & vice versa. The Main Story quests can lock each other off depending on how far you are in their content.

Agreed, Tinkerer set them up that way on purpose to keep people from getting too far ahead on either branch of the Main.

Hey, I'm having a problem guys. Whenever I enter the furniture shop on the main village, I spawn into the cell on one of the tables there and I cannot move. So, I can't at all interact with the character. Any way to remove the table or somehow move through it?

Try removing the gallery mod, if you have it. The carpenter's shop got revised several updates back which caused issues with the mod.

If you don't have that mod, or removing it doesn't resolve the issue, post a copy of your save so someone who knows what to check can see what might be broken.

Tried this game a few times over the years but always quit either because it ran like shit on my PC I bought during the Roman Empire, or maybe other reasons.

I did a PC restore from scratch a few weeks back. Are there any tips that can keep the game running without it turning my PC into fire ball of death?
