it's there for ALL the incest scenes... you have TWO daughters and a sister.. without this mod you have one daughter (with no sexual contact) and a step sister.

Substantial development on the Main storyline (Tower/Temple).
New girls Obeah (black goblin), Birgitte (giant), Annabelle (Molly's daughter, half-minotaur), and Naamah (succubus), plus new girl Tabufa (snow/cave goblin) in the next update; storylines expanded for Beth, Gwynneth, and Maghda; major expansion for the giants storyline; new content has tie-ins for some existing girls such as Alice, Caleah, and Victoria.
All girls can give birth and all Side girls have reasonable storyline stopping points. Exception: Vixenatrix will finally lay her egg & have a stopping point in the next update.
Added items to track girls' Affection/pregnancy/horniness/kids and for long-term storage of items; added new craftable items unlocked through quests.
Revisions to how Crafting works and to one of the built-in cheats.
Due to Patreon rules the standard game files no longer have incest or bestiality content. The coding is there but not the actual content. Install the Spicy (incest) and Gnomes (bestiality) mods to add that content back in. Remember to also add the 3.55 Bugfix file.
I'm probably missing some stuff as well.

Technically Venomina lays eggs and your BB "pet" lays unfertilized eggs, both of which the MC collects, but yes.
Hilde has been fuckable since she was added in v1.71(!). Are you thinking of Birgitte, the blonde giantess? There are quests leading to sex & kids with her, added in v3.31. v3.55 had some issues with creating perfumes & good-smelling sun lotion, needed for Birgitte's quests, which the v3.55 bugfix solves.
The Ghost Lady (pretty much guaranteed to be Qetesh but not actually confirmed yet) gives the MC a handjob but no sex yet.

Frida was added in 0.32, knocking her up in 0.65. 1.71 has Frida give birth as well as adding Hilde.
