That's why 1) The 3some scene can only happen while she is pregnant & 2) She stops visiting you're House after you become Mayor. Because you're both together & she has no reason to go there. Thanks for helping bro gotta do the whole Julia quest from beginning. I after familal bond quest started I found Oksana in front of mayor house is it a bug. Or we supposed to team up with her. And about that speed that save was used in joiplay app for Android and I manually increased the speed that's why it's choppy in android. Thanks for help anyways.
If what Stil996 says is correct you have done something terribly wrong.
If u take the ring off & put it on again in the Temple she will come hug MC again. But she no longer visits MC in the staircase or by his bed after "Mother's Ring".
After you get Oksana to the temple she stays there when she isn't on a quest with you, so if you see her anywhere else it's a warning flag
Guessing the previous mayor had that house for extra activities (that's just my corrupted mind thinking). Hope we eventually get to invite others over to it eventually. Plus I'd really like to see what's in those locked houses at some time.

The home dosent seem to have much significance in town, it was probably just one of the more expensive (100g up front the weakly) which could be why no one lived there when MC arrived. Also the old mayor was impudent, that was a big part of Victoria's story so I reckon he didnt use it like that...

That's an even worst case to present. The son's personality screems corruption. That family if not the mayor stained every corner of that house before they left. Probably needed to air it out a bit that's why they left
