Yes. If don't show back-up it on some location. Start new game . make save on that slot then copy your save and overwrite it. i tray with cheated and non-cheated version of game

The saves didn't work for me. But it could also be because it is only a test version.

you need the global savefile...
a bug with the contraption and probably some missing images
you need the global file
it all depends on your preference of fighting style...
if you want to be fast, get a bow, chainmail, helmet and ring
if you want to have high defence, but less agilty, use axe, shiled, chainmail, helmet, ring
later you'll be able to use heave weapons and armor,
there's also agility and strenght potions
don't do that, it will only eff you up.... poison and traps will do you more damage and will require more rest

first you start the game
make a save in the slots
exit the game
than copy old save over that same slot
and restart the game and load the saveslot
