You can plant weat yourself, than grind it to flour (much cheaper)
and it's strongly adviced against betraying a Dragon... pretty sure that you locked yourself out of Rosy's content by doing so, the key which was meant as proof broke when you escaped Vixenatrix afterall

Are you able to choose those that you impregnate, if any? If so that would be rather interesting given that it would allow you to choose whether or not you wished to turn the game into a partial incest harem.

past the first encounter you can ignore/ reject almost everyone, but pregnancy is needed to continue

If you betray the drago you cut off the dragon arc & lose the key, cutting off the rest of Rosy's arc.
If you don't betray the dragon then you have to help her get pregnant, THEN she will give you the gemstone. Thos path let's you keep the key that you need to show Rosy in order to have sex with her later.
You have more to lose by betraying the dragon.
