LAst time I checked that required you to have finished the tailors Quest though as he only than reveals that it's a potion of Quetesh.
If you break Questlines there are several places that you can lock yourself out of content.
This is one of them, another is failing to convince Frida to give you a puppy for Mia and stealing from Vixenatrix

thats why i made screenshot cus i dont have recepies i got all quest finished and i didnt get recepies for normal fertility and bareness potions at what point do we get those?

Nope I have done the quest without that. As long as you have tried to f*** Frida & have access to the Chalice you can ask about a potion.

You cant invite her to have a bath with you. Peek on her & go to you're room, click on the bath & duringbthe scene tell her to come in. She will stand there talking with you & MC stands to flash her "what shes missing" making her run off to pray.

How can you tell if the decensor patch is activated when i installed it put me back to beginng of game is this correct.

That's not in the game. You can f*** Frida. You can f*** Hilde but no threesome. No idea if he plans to add that later but for now... nope.

I'm not sure. I play off a site that has implemented the patch. I think you have to go in files and activate it.

Also why isn't each version compatible w/ the next is it like a programming problem or is it just way too hard and tedious to do?

Do you mean the saves, or what?
If you mean the saves, they should be compatible, at least unless something breaks in the code, if you mean the game itself, it's probably due to the fact that Tinkerer jams everything except the basic assets into the .exe file itself, meaning he updates that stuff internally.
And as for why, idk exactly, maybe personal preference, or maybe rpgm has its limitations.

Here but warning the saving mechanic is kinda janky u need patience & perceptivness when doing so. Easy to lose all you're saves.
