So there is only 185 in total so far? That's what it said on the walkthrough.

If that's what the walkthough says, yes. You can't get all of them, though. You can only get one of Acorns or Security, not both. And Mass For The Pious is supposed to be a quest but it doesn't show up in questlog at all, it's easy and you have to do it before you can knock up any of the Temple girls so not worth the effort to fix it.

You can miss Check Point and Hot Gossip without affecting gameplay. Werewolf Hunt only happens if you choose "play as intended" during Get Past Granny.

I got hot gossip but not checkpoint. I don't see it in the walkthrough
