Agreed. I mean I actually do call my Succubus Lillith, but that's not the point. As you said most people will name Succubus, Goblin & Bat based on their own preferences & bond with the characters as part of their play through. To add default names removes that connection because no matter what name you choose there is now a cannon name, this kills that connection cos you have to make the active choice to change the given name. It's not like the other kids in game that we barley interact with outside of some getting odd jobs. If they have a default name then why not the MC & dog? I would suggest just leaving it as is.
Once you make a sex potion Edgar starts selling Fertility/Barrenness/Phallus G as well. Spendy, though.
"Speak With The Villagers" (i.e. the Mayor) is needed to even enter the Goblin Forest, that's the only connection to Shakala's content. If you try to go there without talking to him first you get stopped, and if you talk to him first you're set.
I just did a fresh start, on a game where I added the game files, the fix, and the 2 extras. Nothing else. There was no quest for the goblin girl (the walkthrough says it should be after talking to gabriel), nothing. Also saw no dead goblins laying around.
The Gallery Mod is outdated & does indeed cause problems/breaks in the game.
The goblin bounty refers to the bounty on goblin ears, it kicks in once you talk to the Mayor and stays the same throughout the game. That whole screen could use a refurbish (doesn't NEED it, but could use it). Hopefully the dev gets around to it eventually.

As DomWolf said Gallery is outdated. So is the walkthrough though it's still good for most things. Some dude on the discord is supposed to be doing a new one but it's been like forever... Never used Gallery so no idea how you'd remove it now. I'd just DL the full 3.55 (not the Lite version to add to earlier builds, the whole thing), install the bugfix & two mods, and start over with that since it sounds like you're still early in the game.
TIP: be sure to check the mini-walkthroughs of recent updates, some of them had stuff that can be done early in the game, like Beth's new content in 3.41.
Build 3.61 is supposed to be released in a couple of weeks, it's up to you if you want to wait for that.
If you want to one-shot (nearly) everything, the in-game Cheatmode was changed to Freddie's Corpse. The red chests are gone, now you find a body with a key near the spider caves. The key unlocks the small building near the guards tower, inside on a shelf is an item you equip in the necklace making the MC seriously OP. No more need to edit the his attributes.

So u should find a dead goblin in the forest check up the ledge area as well (near the dead tree) & harvest the dead Goblin. First fight with Shakala triggers her quest. Update: So, now I deleted everything in the file location.
After that unpacked the zip again, installed the "Gnomes" mod into www, installed the "Spicy Content" into www, and after that, installed the Bugfix into Data.
Still no dead goblins in the gobbo forest to the south. Or should they be somewhere else, am I completely stupid?^^
No Quest from Gabriel as well, tried those 2 things directly from the start (after talking to Hans)
Are you looking east or south of Weirdwood? The Goblin Forest is east of town, that's where you find goblin bodies & Shakala. South of town is the Forgotten Valley, a long narrow valley you later go through to reach the Temple (and even later the Swamps, and the Family Farm, and...).
