Haven't played since 341. Can I just download the latest version and drop it in to the same folder, replacing the old files with new? Would I have to re-apply the desensor?

Update only version will need 3.55 or later. I don't think it would work for 3.41. You would need the full version, and import your old "save" folder.

From version 3.5x, you will need the Spicy mod and Gnome mod. If you use full version in the future, you would need to re-apply the two mods for every new version. However, if you use update-only in the future, you will only need to update the two mods if there are new content added to them.

Both the Grumpkins & Oakly the Treeman are Fae. Tinkerer told me he originally planed a Seelie v. Unseelie Courts conflict arc but that was shelved as the game got too big & other stories took priority. The Fae in OG myths are FUCKING terrifying, even the waifs were deadly when they wanted to be! I would have loved a Pixie, mabey some nymphs, or the Queen of the Seelie Court (heck perhaps even the Unseelie Queen for some goth vibes!).
Okay, but I'm pretty sure that Grumpkins & Oakly the Treeman have no sexual interaction with the MC :)
Also, it depends on how much Tinekere is inspired by this or that folklore for each character. In Eastern European folklore, fairies are gentle, kind creatures. In Celtic folklore, they're bitches.
I don't disagree with your opinion, but for me it just doesn't quite fit here. Or rather, it's taken in a different direction.

Maybe theme for sequel

Bitches dude??? Celtic Fae don't take no shit, but treat them right and things can be amicable.
So I guess I was wrong. Which whores eat children? Or which ones fuck men to death? There are so many different folklores that one gets lost in them...

I'm sorry but I'm gonna be that guy. Celtic Myth is a sub-form of European Myth... all throughout Europe in the age of myths & legends Fae have always been fickle creatures. Greek, Celtic, Slavic, Germanic all these cultures have Fae as nature spirits & deities that are fickle, unpredictable & at times complete bastards. The Wild Hunt is found ACROSS all European cultures (with different names) & are considered Fae, but they behave like demonic huntsmen. The Unseelie Court (which is predominantly Celtic) is a faction of sadistic & cruel Fae, while the Seelie Court are never "good" their just less likley to play you alive or kidnap you're kids. They can still do that if they desire, their just less likely.

When most pagan cultures were absorbed into the catholic faith the Fae were twisted into, at best, the fallen children of Adam & Eve, & at worse nature demons.

The modern western concept of Fae being spindly, good natured & whimsical is a relatively recent development in the last 100 or less years where fairytales stopped being extreme cautionary tales & became all "Happily Ever Afters". We have seen that Grumpkins are wrinkled short folk who apparently need other females to breed with & Treemen are hulking nature spirits so I can imagine Fae being more varied in their nature. So they could be made to fit the feel of this world, perhaps a Celtic-style Warrior Queen for the Seelies & a gothic-style femdom for the Unseelies for example?

Heck Elves & Dwarves are Fae, it's just modern media (usually inspired by Tolkien) that makes them part of the mortal races instead of denizens of the Faerielands. The concept is as broad as Demons & (biblically accurate) Angels.

The Fae can be very kind & giving but they run on an unknowable morality. While we have Black & White, evil acts are evil, they have Blue & Orange, you do good by I'll invite you to my wedding. Oops how I didnt realise u just missed 27 years of you're life partying with us... sorry my dude. There are plenty of stories where Fae just dont realise how mortal time & biology works so even when they are nice they can still inadventatly hurt us...

But that's nothing compared to when evil or vengeful Fae WANT TO HURT YOU. Those stories get dark & can be found throughout the before mentioned cultures above.

Yes & no. There are 2 major arcs that Tinkerer wants to complete. The Main Story (Tower/Temple) & another one which will include Daiyu. Theres also some extra side character Tinkerer would like to include, most prominently a Dwarven Runesmith for Greyport.
Speaking about Daiyu, I remember mentioning about her being a mom before she dropped kids & she has a rather similar-looking bod to Everi, Victoria & probably Luthien

Okay, I won't make excuses for my lack of language skills. But I can't translate some of the things you write even with a translator :) I certainly don't have the same knowledge as you two in this regard. But I wasn't talking about the entire Fae, just those transparent women who dance in the meadows at night and take care of the forest. It's just that in one folklore they are kind, helpful, etc. In the other, they protect nature so endlessly that they tear apart anyone who steps on a flower...

I've read a lot of these stories from different parts of the world and even though they have a similar basis, the overall expression is a bit different. And it depends on both the place and the time of the creation of these stories.

Guys, let's get out of here, I'm tired. You're smarter and you've already made a fool of yourself (and yourself in advance). Maybe I made a fool of myself. I just can't explain more complex ideas in English.

what's your deal with women that had previous pregnances?

Luthien is the only one of those 3 who had a kid before getting involved with the MC. Everi and Victoria are both curvy, but they never had kids before the mc impregnants them

I doubt it because of Book space, game space & other technically things. He already has a number of women he wants to add I just dont see it happening. It feels like you're gonna set yourself up to be disappointed.

Personally been there. No angel or Dhampir daughter for me :(

The short answer is this: Fae are complicated.

They are spirits of nature that run on a different moral compass from humans & have different personalities (like humans & animals). Even the transparent dancing women can be dangerous if they desire or feel wronged. I feel like Fae can be interesting if they ever do get implemented.
