Hello there!

Guess it's about time for another quick progress report. Apart from some minor work on animations and cutscenes, I've mainly been working on the new maps and floorplans. And I'm happy to report that they are now all up and running. In the new update you'll finally be able to venture both futher into the city of Grey port as well as underneath it. Although don't expect too much in the way of NPC's to interact with for now. Populating the city will take some time.

Anyway, with the maps done I can finally start scripting the new quests. So that's probably what I will be focusing on next.

This is exactly what I just said. This is describing their role in the story. It's not saying that it's an ability monster girls have.

Just that they were often villains trying to trick the protagonist into letting their guard down, and then they reveal their true appearance. It's not saying that being a deceitful villain is enough to make a person a monster girl.

Then this part is just saying monster girls look less monstrous than males of the same species in most cases. Example, Frankenstein's monster vs his bride.

it is enough when said deeption is said monster girl's inate ability..

but going back to the orcs... the orcs in PQ are nothing but monsters so, since she'd be sharing visual characteristics with th em, a she-orc would be a monster girl.
