Court/political intrigue. Recurring orc raids. Punch out the Lord of Light's top priest. Followers of other gods, like the dark gods Obeah bargained with. A girl you can't get no matter how hard you try (broadly desirable, not just filling a niche kink).
Things that would probably have to wait for a theoretical sequel (not likely in the current game): nagas/lamias, centaurs, fairy/fae/nature spirit, female werewolf, 100% minotaur female (Annabelle is half-human), female dhampire (preferably MC's daughter); visit the Elven Realm and/or go a-pirating, long-term companions other than Doggo and the Familiar/Imp.
Probably needing a rebuild of the game to do: adding some generally "nicer" options at certain points. The MC is morally questionable no matter how you play him and "not nice" should absolutely be supported, but some situations don't leave room for "nicer" options. Examples: buy the map of the local area instead of stealing it. When asking Frida for Balder, a third option that doesn't lie to her but also doesn't piss her off so much (still unhappy, but not as much). And so on.
