I'm sorry to confuse everyone. The bank cards in my area are not supported by Patreon, but the version of the game I got has bugs. The game uploader uploaded the bug fix page of Patreon, but I didn't sponsor the tinkerer so I can't get the file. I hope to get help from enthusiastic netizens in the almighty f95 forum.
so you have version 3.61 but not the fix ?

I need to reset the story, how do I do it? I made the wrong choice.
What do you need to re-do? A (very) few quests have built-in resets, but for everything else you need to load a previous save.

Gamer mantra: save early and often. There are 24 save slots, use them. Once or twice a day is a good idea. Also, turn on Autosave (from the Options menu). It automatically saves the game at the start of each day in slot 24 after daily maintenance stuff (respawn checks, ending potion effects, HP/MP recovery, etc.) but before you can do anything in the new day.

I did all of these but it got stuck somewhere, like I'm going to buy a wolf for Mia and it doesn't give it.

you already upgraded the mod version before the new version landed? another reason to name the mods after the version they belong too.

My point is that when patches are named appropriately there is less chance of mistakes, people should be able to understand (theoretically) that bugfix 3.55, Spicy 3.55 & Gnome 3.55 goes with PQ 3.55 and Bugfix 3.61, Spicy 3.61 & Gnome 3.61 goes with PQ 3.61...
Sure nothing might change between Mods 3.55 and 3.61, but at least the version numbers should give people the chance to self diagnose and will be less likely to screw it up when they eventually do change.

Will mods 3.61 with PQ 3.55 hurt anything? (if new content is added)

I assume using mods 3.61 with PQ 3.55 won't hurt anything?
the patches didnt change, but i was bit early mabye to do so.
basicly i doubt the patch will change anytime soon, due what they add woudnt be that smart to continue make bigger.
understandably that people want that content BUT for TInkerer is smarter to dont do so.

You're missing the point.
Whether the Patches change doesn't matter, it's about user psychology, the change log Spicy 3.61 can say "same as 3.55".
When the patches do change you end up with being inundated with people saying "Of course I have the patch, [and if you're lucky] I've been using it for years now" or in cases like this, you'll update the patch early with the updated version in your post (v3.61) but the file name stays the same (v1.0 for the Gnome mod, V1.1 for spicy... neither of which are helpful in telling what game version they will work with.), causing more confusion about what version they should be using.
When I see stuff like that the first thought through my head is that the up-loader accidentally uploaded the wrong file.

You didn't answer the question about whether the newer patches are backward compatible.
