It's a dark corridor with an arch ceiling so I agree it's a passage but their weird fog to to the Bottem & what appears to be a body of water so my guess is either dock or sewers. Alot of fantasy sewers are mazes used by criminals, monsters & heroes alike so that's where my mind is going. Could be Daiyu uses the city sewers to meet her client? I could imagine Thugs (mabey Cultists) being down there.
But I kinda hope we get something a lil unexpected as well such as Gater Beasts or at least Giant Rats cos I'm a sucker for enemy variety. I doubt a vampire tho...

Just did the Snowdeer quest with the giants, after I left I got hit with the status effect with the snowflake icon, does anyone know how to get rid of it? I'm currently doing the raven feather quest.
Also, what do I do about the ghost woman in the temple? I already followed her several times but I don't know how to progress past the handjobs and when does the dragon I impregnated come into play?

For cold, equip the cloak into your backpack slot.
The ghost Qetesh content end at the HJ scene for now.

So other than Beth, Mia's grandmother (lol) and the baroness, what girls are still left that I'm missing? Tinkerer could always add new characters and more goblins/pets. But as far as women introduced into the story go we've covered almost all of them by now, right?
Oh, I guess we're still missing a female orc, but I don't know if those exist in the setting.

It could be sewers, old tomb/temple, dungeon,... Greyport is next to the sea, so old structure could be flooded.
What I'm interested in is what Daiyu is carrying. Are they going to a secret picnic spot? Or visiting someone or something? The later would add a new character, so gator beast or some sort of mystery creature is very possible.

Try putting on you're Cloak. Also if you are having that effect AWAY from the snowy area that is a bug.
That's as far as u can go with the ghost woman (its Qetesh btw). 20 days after getting preg speak to Jenny, Ralph or Jacob to trigger "Hot Gossip" (if this is a continuation with the update then u may need to sleep 1 day fist.

You can Impregnate & have a family with Beth (Stable Girl), unless as PhineasFlynn suggested, you mean Cath? The woman in the bandit letter? I think she is tye Barin's Daughter.
No more Goblins as far as I'm aware but he did mention potential pets (suggestions were; Piggirl & Catgirl in the poll), orcs do have females & Tinkerer has mentioned it as a possible in passing. He also wants to add a Dwarf Runesmith in Greyport. Also it's all but stated that Qetesh is MC's mum. I can see that possibly happening at some point.

Does that cloak work after I leave the area? Because I left and I was still suffering from the effects.

i would love for the game to go on infinitely but unfortunately the end is near
The dev is running into game engine limits so is focused on completing the Main storyline soon. There may be additional content after that if the engine can handle it. Full updates have been released about every 3-4 months for nearly the entire life of the game so "milking the players" does not apply.
I think the Main could be done by the end of 2025 but suspect ~18 months including tidying up is more likely.

I think the Fae are a bit too ghostly and also so fragile (unless we take the Fae from Larry Corey's books). They probably wouldn't fit into the concept of the game at all. All the monster girls here are so dense, rough. The most tender of them is actually Rosy and she's more human than monster. Of course there's Qetesh, but we know nothing about her so far and God knows what will happen to her in the end.Personally I'm a little bummed theres no Fae girls like a Pixie or Nymphs
