I don't know about that. The gnome mod was for animals. The horse, werewolf, and I would include the goblins from the wedding which are not exactly human. Other than those instances there is no NTR, and I wouldn't count the horse or werewolf in that category. Only the goblins at the wedding if you played as intended.
Werewolves aren't subject to the Gnomes mod, per patreon rules...they aren't considered animals. The Gnomes mod affects the quest Get Past Granny because
the MC impersonates Balder, a dire wolf. Even though it's the MC in another form, some players still consider it bestiality. Tinkerer put it in Gnomes to be safe, same as he did with the MC's centaur form with Beth.
The warning+choice during Get Past Granny is because "as intended" has
a werewolf fucking Mia the first time she wears the red riding hood outfit. (She thinks it's the MC...) A LOT of players didn't like that it could not be avoided, so Tinkerer added a way to avoid it. Same for the other scenes where a humanoid male other than the MC could have a go at one of the girls, aside from the designated exceptions (Jenny, Gwynneth, presumably Hilde...).
