Because Patreon has cracked down on incest so Tinkerer removed it from the game. This puts it back in.
Same with bestiality stuff. You'll need Gnome's Mod to restore that if u care for it.

1) Your logic makes no sense, most women in the world are average sized. One culture is not bigger or smaller than another. Boobs come in all shapes and sizes. There are slim east-asian women with big boobs. They do exist.
2) It's a porn game so 90% of the girls are exaggerated with unrealistic proportions, Madam Daiyu is no different.
3) I recommend gooning to JAV videos, you will find plenty of slim east-asian women with big boobs.

I wouldnt say hes completly wrong as different women if different backgrounds do have an average area of breast size (same way their is record that men of different backgrounds are differently endowed) HOWEVER I do agree that people do not conform entirely to a structure. The idea that any woman who is asian with big tits either isnt east asian, isnt "natural" or is perhaps not fully asian is very narrow minded. Like all things in life porn feeds into the stereotypes to draw people in.

i'd like to add that plenty of asian women especially young ones are impacted by k-pop and the fashion industry's beauty standards pushing them to slim down and as a result lose fat. i'd dare to say that big breasts are the default.

Of course, there are certain prerequisites for choosing to be in porn, but they also vary quite a bit by culture. Stereotypes are born from somewhere. Back in high school I saw a chart in our sex ed class showing a diagram of average sizes of dick by country. I was surprised that french men apparently out endow Jamaicans. Can I say this is fact, not really, but it's interesting that these things are not disputed lol.
My point on this is different peoples have different body types yes but I agree that humanity are not conformists when it comes to biology.
It's not just about that. Asians in general, men and women, tend to have low body mass index compared to others and smaller breasts due genetics. They just generally have less body fat which is most of what breasts are. I know Funtomes loves asian women and is probably going to ignore me anyway but it's a fact that Asians generally aren't busty. But again this is GENERALLY.
Same as above. Asians do typically have smaller breast. Thats a fact that's been obserbed in their population. At the sme time its not at all impossible for Asians to have large breast. But suggesting that most asians have large breast is just a lie. East asians are typically have smaller breast than people with african or european ancestry.
You guys don't believe me you can check yourself. It's not just a sterotype it's just a genetic thing, just like how Asians typically have dry ear wax, while white people and black people typically have wet ear wax.

My point is still yes Asians tend to have smaller breast, no it's not rare enough or uncommon enough to make a big deal out if it. Most real life women in general aren't as busty as most of the women in this game.
It's fixed in version 3.62. If you have 3.61, just download the "Update Only" in the OP to update your game.

Greyport has been in the game for a while, but only the harbor/docks portion. We should get the rest, or at least a portion, of the city when the next update comes out. The first girl in Greyport was technically Luthien, but the first one based solely in Greyport has been there for some time without being romancible: Daiyu, who operates the Black Dragon magic items shop. Adding her to the harem will be part the next update as well.
