7 hours, urgh. Post your current save here and someone should be able to take a look at it for busted things. You could also go to the game's discord, there's a help channel in the public section. dont install those, install the gnome and Spicy mods
Party members revive after a fight when the "fight ends step" happens. Some fights don't have a "fight ends," they go directly to a cutscene so there's nothing to trigger reviving them. And non-fight things that can kill you (ex: the lightning bridge) can also kill party members outside of a fight. (This can cause bizarre things like a "dead" person talking to you in a cutscene...)

Doggo will revive when you have a "fight ends." Go whack a goblin or something.
she is just in your party and you need to move, so its not like the npc you need to follow
