You need to keep porn and RL separated at all times with hard wall. I am pretty sure that most of the NTR lovers wouldn't want to be cheated on, and scat/guro lovers would not actually attempt anything in that manner in real life. It is fiction, it is nothing BUT fiction. Getting triggered over fictional situations is not good for your mental health.
Also there is no NTR in this game...there is netori and the werewolf scene doesnt even fall in that category.

Lain no longer works on it, not worth her time I think. Don't use it or it will mess up your game. Personally, I use https://f95zone.to/threads/rpg-maker-mv-cheatmenu-v2-0-2.12121/ It's way more flexible and powerful than a cheat menu, but you can mess up your game if you don't know what you're doing, so always make backups for saves if you plan on using any powerful cheating tools.
can't find enchanced fertility potion in recipe list, even though i've been complete all requirement task, is it a bug ?

Does anyone know the odds for venomina's pregnancy? Felt like she took the longest to get pregnant (over a week with potions), even with fertility potions (both normal and enhanced). Reloaded a previous save to see if it was a bug and that might've been the case since it took maybe 4 attempts, otherwise maybe if you feed her rabbits then they don't count toward pregnancy. Anyone else had this problem or is this just a case of seriously bad rng?

The food score shouldn't have any effect on the pregnancy chances... enchanted fertility Potions should also hold 100% success with her.
But it'll require 5 days as with any girl for her to announce pregnancy to you.

there had been a mod that was discontinued a long time ago... the game contains an inbuild cheat system and people apparently used a cheat engine for RPGM games... but nothing to fancy that allows manipulation of variables or something like that.
Also take into account that all mods and cheat tools other than the one given by the Dev have a critical chance of destroying save games or breaking Questlines... and if you do you are on your own as there is no support for any of this
