If she has announced her pregnancy then u haven't sacrificed enough or sufficient creatures.
I find that 2 Black Goblins & a Bat Creature will make her affectionate enough to give the Rats quest.

Well guys, I ran out of enhanced F potions right before the new quests and im too lazy to grind the ingredients to make another 50, I uploaded my save file to saveeditor and changed the values there with the System file to get the right one.
The thing is that it just does nothing, I tried with more that one variable and when I download the save the potions are still 0.
Am I missing something?

You need to have at least one of whichever item you want more of. Otherwise, it won't appear on saveeditor. Make a potion, save, and upload to ssaveeditor. The items appear as a number. I believe the enhanced fertility potion is number 111 and the number in parentheses is the amount that you have, and change to whatever you want. Personally, 99 is the highest I go. I don't want to risk going higher and crashing my game.

I don't know if this would be considered a bug, but scenes overlapped. The familiar gave birth during sex scene with Mia. The game did not crash, but it was weird.

The peddler quest really needs better info. You go up they're talking about mutton so me naturally I think it's something I'd cook for a decoy at some point. I checked all the walkthroughs doing a search for "decoy" and "peddler" nothing came up. So then I do a search on here and it says you buy a sheep? How in the world was I supposed to figure that out on my own?

Well sheep is mutton & the farmer owns a flock. I figured it out pretty quickly cos I just checked...
Is it a bug , cause after the 5th kid Alice dissapeared for me in the temple. I can still talk with ziva to ask for alice during the dailly ritual but she replies that alice isnt ready blah blah, she is nowhere to find , even at night she isnt in her bedroom

The quest log says needing to find a decoy and that's it. If you missed that dialogue part you wouldn't even know you're looking for mutton or a sheep. That was kind of my entire point.

I am to far away from lvl 9 for the Imp, but I think there will be enough stuff in the future to get the necessary XP. I hope the game is far from being finished.
System file is only for variables like what quest you have done or not.
You need to add the item file.

It's the stump in the bottem left corner of Wierdwood, above the spider cave. Click the pebble side. If it sprouts a yellow flower you've done it.
I don't dare using the familiar for ANYTHING except guarding itself. It is FAR FAR FAR TOO WEAK!Bears don't respawn everyday, at the earliest they respawn after 3 days sometimes longer than that. I guess I'll just mash my mouse training with Reanna for 20exp each.
