There are multiple locations, 2 more i remember, 1 around the runestone next to tower of dread, 1 before the entrance to the tepes castle. But a better way to collect moonflower is to farm them. If you were to complete the quest to find a house for Liandra and future kids, you'll see there's a farm next to it. MC will get the idea of farming moonflowers, you'll have a new mission. When you complete it, you'll be able to farm moonflowers as much as you want.

Either complete the quests for Rosy, or the Vampires. With Rosy you'll be able to bake special pastry, which you offer to women and its an aphrodisiac, meaning they'll have sex with you. With Vampire Sisters you get to produce Vampire Potion which allows you to ''awe'' women, getting their relation with you instatly increased to max.
But you'll need both. Especially the special pastry.

Special Pastries put them in the mood. Play Rosy's story up to when u can ask to bake with her (do NOT demand a bj beforehand). After the 1st bake session u can bake pastries. If u have Moonflower Pollen in inventory then you'll accidentally make a Special Pastry for the 1st time. U can now make more as long has u have pollen.

I now have the ''test'' version 2.60 and decensor was already in it. But I recommend also downloading and installing decensor because incest(daughters) is not possible otherwise, and you'll also have some missing images for scenes. Its only 1 txt file, not gonna take you long.
