I can't reproduce your issue if I have 3 or more potions in the inventory

nvm i found the problem, for the sisters you also needed potions of energy instead of potions of fertility

Depends, which quest? Because the graveyard quest with the Vampire, if fucked them then not uncompleted since you were hired to kill them.

Im still getting a black squares on top of my quest log. I run the game without anything else running in the backround, as suggested. And still black squares covering the quest log.

Yes, the quest log is still fairly new and will be updated slowly. Some quests can't be finished yet as far as I'm aware.

the guide provided is pretty easy to follow, just follow the green boxes on the guide, that should be the correct pattern

You have to get the bat breeder to love you. Otherwise she'll kill you each time.

Go to your room in the castle, raise her comfort, feed her better, and when interacting with her in the sex scenes, always go for giving her an orgasm and don't fail often. You'll know you can when she stands by the bars in a teasing pose looking at you when you see her in the cell.
