There are few threads with very yummi gilfs. On otherside there are few threads with very scary gilfs (and not only gilfs)

i played this game since it came up. Played it for 800 hours, All the woman's have at least +100 kids, not sure about the actual numbers, because i can't see the numbers of the childrens.
But the goblins have birthed +2000 including the vampires, they have +200 childrens.

Now i'm waiting for more....... i think i have a serious addiction !

Does anyone know how to activate the man cave quest? The walkthrough says to give the bat breeder 12 orgasms and I did that but it still doesn't trigger

have you upgraded her living conditions? (Ledger next to your bed in the tower)

Where's the mc's brother? I understand if the rest of you think this is an unnecessary question but he's said to be the 2nd-born son of a farmer & I remember none of his male paternal relatives on the family farm are his brothers

You could also try the Gallery mod to just edit in stuff, but that's not recommended. It's done by a third party and often isn't up to date with the latest version. And even when up-to-date using it can still bork the game. A large majority of "my game is bugged/glitched/broken" is traced back to people using the mod...
