Im on Mac, newest version and I cant save the game. Ill click on save game and it wont do anything, keeping the file empty. And the Autosave feature doesnt work either, the file 24 stays empty. Please help

Are u playing on any free websites such as Porngameshub, Gamcore or Lewdspot? If so there is you're problem. The saves on the first 2 are abysmal while Lewdspot is (mostly) more reliable.
I've completed both waypoint quests. Ive even got my imp and she is past level 10 already. im just at a loss for what to do now.
have you checked you have enough storage and the save folder isn't write protected?
I'm not familiar with Mac so this is about the entirety of my guesses
looks like beth's questline completion is mandatory for many things, not only everi, for exemple many women will not give birth untill beth gives birth, like the elf, mia, everi's daughter... they stay at "pregnant 20 days" state forever without giving birth. you could wait 1 year ingame they would still stay stuck at "pregnant 20 days". i whish i knew it sooner.
Yeah pretty much... Erevi & Ziva are the primary characters for this game, but since Erevi's progress is locked behind Beth's date so is she to an extent... I'm not sure anything is locked behind Beths birth though.
Almost all the Girls have their first birth locked behind some story event or another, trapped in perpetual pregnancy until you complete it.
yes right, so far just mia and liamdra were unlocked in my game, for everi's daughter it's something else, i spoke too fast.

Problem is most (if not all, not sure?) births are locked behind Erevi. Pretty sure she is the canonical "first" birth in the game.
I think you can get Maghda first of any girl. Knock her up early (in theory on Day 1) and she can have Olga before Erevi gives birth. Have not tried it.
In theory the vampires and Rosy as well (and Vixenatrix laying her eggs!), though those require REALLY long delays before seeing Erevi again... Haven't tried those, either.
"The Goblin King" used to require completing "Waystones II" but not any more. Dunno if Erevi giving birth first is required to get SD after Goblin King is done, I think I remember a playthrough where it wasn't but that was a while back.
But otherwise, yeah, Erevi needs to give birth before anyone else can, and before many can even get pregnant.

bugfix is gone bud. but it shouldn't be needed according to the changelog
That bug is supposed to be fixed, you should upload a save and tag in M3ntir to report it to Tinkerer to examine. include as many details as you can
Who notices that these 2 members of the Quetesh side are originally assumed to be something else before being revealed what they actually are?
1. Ziva - What was she assumed to be? A witch but later revealed to be a high priestess of a sex cult
2. Qetesh - Originally assumed to be a ghost before being revealed to be a goddess
