Yeah, I believed this crap until I lived with a Polish guy for a month. Damn, what did he manage to drink, and he even boasted about it...says no use for Consumsion

Quest : " Go Forth and multiply "
I have seen the damn ghost more than 10 time while in bed
But the nxt day when I go to talk to Ziva about the ghost , there is no option to ask her
The only option I got form her " Nevermind "
What to do , how to finish this quest further
And one more thing , this quest will complete when mc has 5 children in the temple , but now I have more than 10- 15 children's in the temple, is this is the cause for the stuck in this quest

Spicy mod installed?
The 'ghost' is the goddess Qetesh, the MC's mother.
So, you need the mod installed to get sexual scenes with her. (Even though the next scene is just a handy.)

I have also completed the following quest "Forsaken" which will add Oksana as one of the priestess of the temple .

it's a grind quest, you need to breed all the women in temple, wait for them to give birth and do it again and again, as I remember, I make them have 4-5 child/1 woman to finish this quest
- New potion Mammae Majoris which increases breast size (currently only available for 2 Daiyu scenes + 1 for Julia)

How many days does it takea for Marcus's men to finish to fix Daiyu's house? They are taking more than 15 days.
I have active the Gnome and Spicy Mods. Also, I kind of rushed and focused mainly in the quests to unlock Daiyu content.
I only build Beth's house, no other LI house. Didn't fix the Temple lower level.

There's alot of interconnectivity with the quests that's not often obvious.
I'd guess that it won't complete the house until you've also passed a certain point in one (or some) of the other questlines.
It's the Destiny of every peasant MC to do what his Mom tells him
