Weekly mass production of Energy potions (farm pumpkins, buy honey from Makith, sacred water) is pretty profitable and doesn't take a lot of IRL time though it is a process. Same with making & selling food items once a week (steaks, and veggie bushels once Frida has her garden, but not meals specifically for sale). Grinding sacred water gains close to 2k coins/day if you do it for an entire day. Raven feathers are a nice supplement if you're patient in catching them. Other than that selling ingredients isn't worth it unless you need some cash immediately (better once you have your kids gathering stuff for you).
Messerah If you're willing to scumsave there are a couple of cash grinds, but they take significant IRL time. In general cash flow is harder right at the beginning but gets easier fairly quickly. The game is structured so you can generally either afford things right away (though your purse may cry) or the cost is part of the challenge.
