which temple the qtesh one ? if yes even then why is there no one on the garden at all times also i can't find the infidelity proof and my quest says keep visiting josphine and yvette in the garden ?

You need to go to quetsha temple and in library find book for Yvette. Should be in room on second floor left from enterence (maybe Im wrong and its on first foor, im not sure now)
When you have book, she is in garden.
