Go east from the mine along the mountain road. Before you exit the map is a path higher up the mountain to a cave with an ogre. The crystal is in this cave.

On the same map. There is a road north to Frida's house. Just to the east of this road is a hill (one of the dead gobbo locations was on this hill). On the hill is the dead tree.

All rpgm games should work with Wine as long as you have download the correct rpgm system.

That's not an answer. I have and it hasn't worked.

...there is a Walkthrough folder comeing with the game... I'd strongly recoment you start reading that... all of your questions so far could have been answered by doing so

The map is in the mayor's house.
You get the dog as part of Frida's quest line.
First you have to rescue the puppies (in the mine.
Then, if Frida is happy enough, she will give you one of them.
