Don't quote me on it, but I think you can't make her visually pregnant yet, only data wise. For acutal pregnancy content you'd have to wait for a new release with such content.

...you actually can... but even with her new model it's hard to tell she is pregnant and not just fat...
If she and the player had not stated the pregnancy I wouldn't have noticed

After he said you he will teach it to you, he is "fighting on his own" on the left outside part of the temple.

There is no waystone in village. You can find waystone in goblin forest , at the gate of burial, near temple of qetesh , at northern forest.
