If you would have looked at the walkthrough (starting post) you could have found the ingredientlist for every potion.

If you are heading to the witches house take a right at the fork of the road and you will see a well. You get the water from there, but you need to beat the elf at an archery match.

Village-map -> to the north (map) -> east (map), sacred well + elf-girl.
Fullfill the "quest" for the elf-girl and you will get sacred water.
