The Romans weren't the only ones to take baths (though they might have had the best system). Historical accuracy isn't the point, The primary difference I was pointing out was the inn has paid staff while your house doesn't. When we get a house slave or servants maybe we'll get a bath there to. (Maybe even one like Everi has... My understanding is the musk glands from the Stinky Bits quest were supposed to be, well, stinky, and bathing was to be needed to smell good again. Then Tinkerer changed his mind (following feedback?), but the baths he'd already put in are still there. He hadn't put them in every possible location yet, and there's no indication if more will be added. Or that they'll be removed, but enough people like them as a QoL thing they'll probably stay.
The demon kids should appear in the main hall & the orb room. If they arnt there that's weird.
Guessing since you didn't mention them you've missed Everi and Ziva who are the two main quest giving characters that are needed to unlock the bulk of the content of this game... go north and do the witch quest to unlock Ziva... and go all the way east from the giants house to meet Everi

If you download the game from the OP the file includes a folder with the Walkthroughs.
Storm4n Also Maghda (she's not appealing to everyone, though). You need to do her to get Edgar's stuff back so he can open his shop. You'll have to buy outfits from Edgar to progress many storylines, including the main one with Ziva & Erevi. Go west along the road from town and check out the abandoned camp, don't forget the bedroll... As well, the artwork you've (probably) seen so far is some of the earliest done for the game, it gets better as you go further.
Word, it's one of the things which roped me in.
