He is usually in the courtyard on the left hand side of the map. If you have completed the wine questline then he might be at the Family Farm cos its wine making day (every 7 days). If not check his room downstairs (north of MC's bedroom).

Not in his room or the farm. If you're not at the farm then he may be in his room? Try speaking with Beth? Mabeybthen he will show up. But yeah if hes in the courtyard he will teach u both Two-Handed weapons & Heavy Armour. He can also spar with MC for EXP gain (sadly this is just a fade to black situation. Not a fight)

The Irish elk has shovel-shaped antlers. The deer in the picture has narrow joints, so it is definitely a deer and not an elk.
Antlers are no match for reindeer either. So it's probably a white deer (Cervus elaphus maral)

Well if we go by the space that is avalable for girls in the Book & the girls he wants/has discussed adding later I dont think so. The MC can catch Victoria & Gwynneth together after completing Gwynneth's quests, implying there are other times he doesn't catch them. There's a couple other scenes where a girl pleasures another girl but the MC is also in the middle of things for those.
Harald at the pet store sells dog harnesses (equal to cloth armor) and dog collars of stealth (increases chance an attack will miss Doggo entirely). And its likelihood of surviving a hit goes up as it levels up (higher DEF, more HP). When it gets to 20+ HP it starts surviving some bear hits. But keep in mind Doggo isn't a wardog.

Have you dont the Perfume quest? I think Lotus Extract & Nocturanl Essence are only available from that quest onwards
