You only have access if her Affection is high enough. Once you have access to her home you can use Enhanced Fertility to knock her up.
Gift her Jewlery & be respectful during sex.
Not quite true, if you intervene when the mayors son has killed the goblin and you take Enhanced fertility before that, you have a chance of getting her pregnant. After that, you can give her jewelry to get back in her good graces.

If u dont help her, escort her or hit the bullseye & her Affection is too low she wont let u in her house.
Tinkerer is aware they get posted here and asks 48-72 hours before they are. More bugs/issues are just about guaranteed to be found and fixed. Also a courtesy to let supporters enjoy it for a while before non-supporters get it.
theres 6 more slots available in the book of girls and quetesh is taking one of em, also probably the merchant lady in the port city, so four free slots left .

When you meet the vampires and complete "Delivery Boy" you'll trigger a sex scene (repeatable by giving them a "snack". Keep 2 Energy Potions on hand l. This will let you fuck all 3 in 1 night.
