The goblin bounty refers to the bounty on goblin ears, it kicks in once you talk to the Mayor and stays the same throughout the game. That whole screen could use a refurbish (doesn't NEED it, but could use it). Hopefully the dev gets around to it eventually.

DomWolf said Gallery is outdated. So is the walkthrough though it's still good for most things. Some dude on the discord is supposed to be doing a new one but it's been like forever... Never used Gallery so no idea how you'd remove it now. I'd just DL the full 3.55 (not the Lite version to add to earlier builds, the whole thing), install the bugfix & two mods, and start over with that since it sounds like you're still early in the game.
TIP: be sure to check the mini-walkthroughs of recent updates, some of them had stuff that can be done early in the game, like Beth's new content in 3.41.
Build 3.61 is supposed to be released in a couple of weeks, it's up to you if you want to wait for that.
If you want to one-shot (nearly) everything, the in-game Cheatmode was changed to Freddie's Corpse. The red chests are gone, now you find a body with a key near the spider caves. The key unlocks the small building near the guards tower, inside on a shelf is an item you equip in the necklace making the MC seriously OP. No more need to edit the his attributes.
There's also some chests which can be looted every day for cash & potions; some chests are empty until certain quests are completed.
