as the biggest goblin lover on his discord i am very happy but can see others dont like it.

you see.. Tinkerer has 2 discord mods that love goblins and while Mentir is cool with whatever Tiinkerer comes up with, the other mod is a different story, dudewent ape-shit crazy about Tabufa and with this newfound passion for goblins, he'll instigte things to get a sixth one or at least Makith
I love that the goblins aren't just short green skinned humans. They may not be the prettiest but they're more than attractive enough in their own ways I think.
Why can you just say "No" when you talk to your and Erevi's daughter, do I have to wait for more quests with her to have other options or is it not intended ?
Will their be more scene with Erevi's daughter + more character like mayor's wife and the store woman ?
I did the Waystones that's the first quest with the daughter I think and for me it was the last, do I maybe have to wait or something like that
Assuming you mean after all existing scenes/quests are done, very probably yes before the game reaches a conclusion but no guarantees.
Meaning someone shifting their affections from an existing partner to the MC? Unknown.
Only the dev can determine what gets added, and they haven't said yet what's in store with ED (and Erevi) nor if any other girls will have existing partners when you meet them.

Not instantly, but yes it's needed to progress the Tower storyline to where you get more nookie with them.
(Do they say "no thanks" when you ask for nookie, or is asking not even an option? If "no thanks," try giving them a special pastry then asking again.)
It's not them saying no it's your character when ED talks with you and there is no other option, he just says no
