For the new quest Hot Gossip.
I completed let there be light and Vixenatrix is 20 days pregnant, but the quest does not seem to trigger.
I'm running version NYD362 and when I talk to
The innkeeper, Jenny or the farmer nothing happens. Any tips?

It only worked for me after I went to sleep all night.

Thanks, but that does not seem to help for me either...
Are there some hidden triggers?
I have never completed the quests:
"Rescue Thomas, Family Business & Mysterious Disappearances" for example.
Or do I need to install some mods (ported those over from the last version. The censorship.txt and OtherContent.txt) files are present in my www folder.

Those quests don't impact the content added in 3.62.
Spicy and Gnomes don't impact Vixenatrix's content. Also, those are the only mods which are safe to use with the game, use other mods at your own risk.

Did you already visit the hatching grounds? IIRC if you do that before Hot Gossip starts it never happens at all, it's meant to point you towards seeing her again.*

Vixenatrix's dialogue when you see her after Hot Gossip starts suggests it's not available until after she actually lays her egg(s). So the day after Day 20 or later. But I think I saw something where if you use saves from an earlier version you might need to sleep several nights (5?) to trigger it.


*Personally I would have liked a quest from Jacob to fetch more sheep from Greyport. Having a full flock again the very next day seems off to me. But that would require making a business in Greyport to buy them from and I don't think the Pet Shop would fit the bill.

How does the NTR work in this game? It's avoidable but how can I find it and what's the context for the NTR? is it rape or list based?

Ntr is pretty much non existent and is mostly just a few non repeatable


SA scenes in early game involving monsters. Outside of that there is the other type of ntr where the MC sleeps with a bunch of married women







I don't care what anyone says. The Everi scene where MC basically clones himself is not Ntr no matter how butthurt people get. I wouldn't really say Gwynneth is ntr either. She's a prostitute, she only quits and becomes exlusive to the MC once he gets her pregnant.

I agree with you. But there are people who might disagree.
Also I think lot of NTR scenes in this game is pretty funny and not too hurting

There used to be a warning in the game, I don't know if it's still there.

During "Get Past Granny" you can choose whether Mia is fucked by a werewolf the first time she wears the red riding hood outfit. That's the only 'warning' I can think of.

Flood69 How much there is depends on what you count as NTR. Some people count any time a LI gets it on with anyone who isn't the MC, full stop. Others look at circumstances & motivation. Some don't count stealing someone else's girl as NTR. And so on. PhineasFlynn gave a good list of what might be NTR depending on how you define it. But, yes, there is no single switch for it but you can avoid all of it. Be aware, some side LI storylines *require* NTR of some sort to advance them...avoiding it means not pursuing them, or not advancing the storyline past a certain point...

Yes, that's the "it depends on the individual's definition" part. Better to mention it, than not and get complaints of "why didn't you say you had to NTR someone to pursue [girl]?"

If by "the hatching grounds" you mean her lair with all the gold, then there's nothing there.
After 10 days in the new version, I visited her in her lair and there's still no mention of her egg(s) being laid or any change in dialogue (options) compared to the previous version. The villagers have no change in dialogue either.

There's a separate area you go to where she lays her eggs. How long has she been on Day 20 now?

It's a choice menu, the dialogue explains what's up. Not really a warning about something that's still in the future like during "Get Past Granny."

Okay, that's very odd. Did you maybe originally steal the gem and later use the reset to see her on good terms? How many in-game days since you ported to the new version (since she was already on Day 20 at that point)?
EDIT: Have you edited the game files? That can break stuff including things that don't seem related to what's being changed.

I think I've increased some stats at the start of the game, way back in the day...

Hold off until someone has a chance to check your save. There might be a simple fix.
You could also go to the game's discord, their Help channel is public.

I don't see anything wrong with your save. May be you shoud sleep sometimes.

Okay. So. When porting your www folder from an old release to a newer release it's handy to not let the old www overwrite the files in the new www. *groans*
Sorry for the kerfuffle guys and thanks for the help.

I ususally don't "port the old www", just the "save". "www" has so many important files the you are better using the most up-to-date.
