The family farm quests start once you have 5+ children conceived & born at the Temple. Follow the questline to where you're milking Annabelle (and probably Julia as well); this will take a few pregnancies for Julia and some Annabelle-focused quests to kick in. The milk is turned into cheese that you need to sell to Jenny. If you have already loaned Jenny & Thomas the money to expand their place, she will offer sex in exchange for lowering the purchase price.

If Victoria isnt pregnant then she wont come tlfor the secret scene.
If she is preg she will arrive in the evening in MC's room if shes horny & it's not guaranteed (u may need to go up & down the stairs to trigger her).
But I repeat if she ISNT preg then she wont come at all.

How do you unlock the guard patrols for when you're delivering liquid delight? I usually kill/capture the bandits from greyport to weirdwood and deliveries the next day just to have an uneventful delivery.
