Yep. If u dont have the patch then the GD will not be born & they cannot be killed. They just are.

After I had sex with the spider a couple of times it doesn't give the option to feed her any more just two spider eggs
visit each day & feed her once per day... you're feeding her spiders eggs? I tend to feed her Boar, Bear or gator beast

Then collect the eggs. If you have the Book of Girls then open it & leave as there is a slight bug with the eggs. The proper one to collect should appear & u can pick it up to trigger event.
