I dunno how much this might affect the flow of the update and depending on what hes already done this may have to be in the second part but I have an idea for the Baron questline.
IF MC has completed Rosy's questline her business gains the Baron (& his Daughter) as a major client. If their having a tournament/celebratory feast then it could be funny if MC can find Rosy at the Keep with her Pastries... perhaps a quickie in the kitchen or behind a stall?

Think i only found the book with her notes . Didn't bother clicking everything unfortunately. But it also says i didn't fail the quest. Bought to say f it and move on.

I think the images on the OP need updating as there is so much more that this game can now offer both in LI variety, sex scenes & story. This dosent give a full picture of what we can expect.
Ooh, yeah. And include a couple that aren't from sex scenes such as fighting Vixenatrix or the giant spider queen jumping you, or sharing a drink with Gabriel.

I have this error when I try to talk to Vix after you impregnate her. I tried to look in the files but it must be in a compressed file. Does anyone know what I may be missing ? I updated to the last version and my last time playing I was on version 3.55.

By "update" do you mean "applied the Update Only", or "DLed the 3.75 and moved my saves"?
Update Only will only add the new content to what was in the previous version. The current Update Only adds new 3.75 content to 3.70/3.71. It does not include what was added in 3.6x, nor what was added in 3.70/3.71.
3.6x added Vixenatrix laying her eggs (finally!), and additional content that requires them to be laid (plus some other stuff) before triggering. If you had 3.55 and just added the current Update Only to it, almost certainly the missing 3.6x+3.7x content is what's causing the issue. DL the full 3.75 and move your Saves to it should solve the issue. Don't forget to also add the 3.75 Hotfix (and the Spicy & Gnomes mods if you want those as well).
If you had 3.70/3.71 and used Update Only on it, or DLed the complete 3.75, might be an upacking problem. Try unpacking them again to see if that fixes it. TBH I'd just DL 3.75 and the extras mentioned above from scratch anyway, and not even bother with Update Only.

A lot of Side storylines/quests are locked behind Main progression. After "Waystones Part 2" it opens up somewhat, but some Side content still has Main quest gateways to pass through.

So this is how I see the road plan for this game going.
2 updates to complete the Baron arc which introduces the "client" & "Baron's Daughter" (one of them has to be Cath right?)
Then the next update will be for the Temple/Tower main story.
We may get some extended atory/side girls in the future that dont affect the game massively but with 2 women, Qetesh (taking up 3 slots) we are running out of possibilities. Unless Tinkerer extends the BoG, but that also depends on the data space Tinkerer has left over I guess.
I wonder how much extended support this game will get if Tinkerer starts PQ2. Will it be a brand new story or will it be a direct continuation of this one? I'm looking for this new plotline with the Baron.

So I became mayor, picked up the cemetery rumours quest from the innkeeper, and became the vampire thrall and brought them the 3 sacrifices. Can't talk to the mayor cuz he is dead, Victoria brought up the quest on a different save but I died, got the quest from innkeeper and went there. Now Victoria won't bring it up, have I screwed myself? Oksana hasn't shown up yet at the inn after 5 days. But the knights you have to ambush with the goblins are still there too... Maybe they need to be got rid of.
