None of her kids will be special. It's always possible Tinkerer will add a special child as part of bringing the Main storyline to a close.

Speaking of which, I wonder did she birth the mc's familiar as the Succubus goddess did mentioned that she's the 1 who gave her to himYeah. Her minions are all her kids. From what I understand, Demons seem to act kinda like a hive colony of insects (like ants or bees), with Succubi being the "queens" who birth hordes of "drones" that serve her as minions. While Naamah is a fully mature Succubus I'm not sure if she can birth a Succubus daughter or if the way ED was born is how Succubi come about (perhaps one day ED will grow into a being to supernaturally powerful to exist on the mortal plane?). I would assume that Incubi are like Kings/Drones, they exist to breed with the Succubi & rule over hordes themselves perhaps.
I would assume the different variants of Demons are born with specific designs in mind(?). Lessers are drones/workers/war fodder, the Greaters are shocktroopers/guards/champions, & the Void Lurkers are infiltration/asassination(?). Not sure about Demon Hounds, obviously they are dog-agacent but I dunno if a Succubus would birth them or if they are something slightly different.
All this to say I'm sure she has had many Spawn but im not sure how many would be viable candidates for MC or if they will make it into the game at all. Now I need to go away & theories on Tinkerer's demonic structure... NERD OUT!

The short answer is No.
The long answer: This is something Tinkerer has actually told me cos I was curious. Imps are Familiars, & Familiars are not Demons in Tinkerer's world. They are 2 separate species.
Familiars are lesser supernatural entities that seek out more powerful beings like Nergal & Naamah to serve them, as an instinctual drive. But they can be gifted to/bound by mortals (usually mages) of great power. Once tethered to their mortal the magical link is what keeps them anchored to the mortal realm.
Imps look a little like Demons & are often seen working for high ranking Demon Lords & Nergal (essentially a Demon god I guess), which is why they are often mistaken for Demons by the more ignorant & uninformed people.
Naamah, being a servant of Nergal would have Imps (& possibly other Familiars) in her service, & they serve Nergal by extention. Nergal was occupied at the time (being in a hibernation state as his new mortal form develops) so it was in fact Naamah who answered MC's prayer & sent Familiar to MC, both to serve him & act as her informant.
(Alot of players gave Familiar some shit for that but honestly I wasn't surprised she was keeping someone in Nergal's empty informed cos she is a servant of Nergal. It made sense to me)

What about Zofia? I agree with you we need more exotic girls, but we have two Asians now.
It should be nice if Daiyu tell some historical story to MC and he recognise Zofia in it.

Spoke to Tinkerer for conformation & Zsofia is NOT Asian. She's "eastern european" according to him (think Romania or at least that neck of the woods IRL). So there is in fact only 1 Asian in this game.

I asked Tinkerer about the world & what he imagines it's like. He got back to me so I'm just gonna share what I know bellow:
The world is pretty earth-like with 1 super continent/mega land mass that makes up 2 continent (like IRL Eurasia/Africa) & a cluster of islands to the west that make up the Elven Realm (because he feels the Americas/New World doesn't quite fit a medieval setting).
On the un-titled northern continent we have the Kingdom where Weirdwood/Greyport is found (central Europe), the Eastern Kingdom where Zsofia is from (eastern Europe), the Northern Tribes (Scandinavia) & to the far east we have Qin (a mix of China, Japan & Korea). Then to the south there's the Dark Continent from which Adaobi is from which is essentially Africa.
The Elven Realm is described as a cluster if islands. The Elven Empire is in their version of the Roman Third Era.
I did some research & found that Zsofia is a Hungarian name & it's true that some of them have Asian ancestry but they're more like mixed-race or to be precise, Eurasian

Im pretty sure Zofia is East Europe version of Sofia, so Hungarian or Romanian is high possible. But she talks about herself like she is far from east. So I mean she is Asian, maybe somewhere from west Asia.
So than we still have only one Asian girl.

Where might Tinkerer got his inspiration for Naamah? Ok, I did research on the original Naamah which said that she's the mother of demons similar to Lilith but she only births sons so it's reasonable to say every Lesser, Greater, Void & Hound demons you encounter in the game are her sons. It's also said that she fucks with human men & gets knocked up by them in their dreams (which could explain why she can't come onto the same plane as humans & why she mentioned that she hasn't tasted cock for a long time in the game) so in a way, she's a succubus but not just any succubus & her appearance is usually shown with horns & wings as in the game
