Actually, it happened to me yesterday too. But I think I figured out what the problem is.

Maybe Tinkerer didn't realize something. WhenAlice reaches 20 days pregnant, it should automatically tell you that the baby has been born. I actually found this out through the Book of Girl.
Because the book told me Alice was 19 days pregnant. On day 20, it said she was no longer pregnant. And I... wait a minute, so what's happening now? And it happened that Alice was active both in the tavern and at the monastery at the same time.
The funny thing is, nothing breaks in the game. You just have to go to the tavern and finish Alice's quest, where she should then appear permanently at the monastery.

In fact, what I did was this: Alice in both the tavern and the monastery. I didn't talk to Alice at the monastery otherwise she told me that the baby was born and I had to give him a name. I went to the tavern, accepted the quest, told the father there's a monastery, and took Alice to the monastery. Afterwards, I spoke with her and named the newborn, since she had already given birth.

I think that Tinkerer should, in a sense block Alice pregnancy at 19* day, or with some girls who by mission are supposed to give birth to a baby only after finishing the mission connected to it.

In this case the related mission is the one where Alice's father wants to marry her off to a rich man. The MC will have to get her pregnant to keep her from marrying him. In my case, I had completely forgotten she was pregnant  and started doing other missions and other events... moral, I found myself with the mission of having to activate the lights of the monastery, and once the light was brought to the main ritual area, the girl was there, even though she shouldn't have been, since I hadn't yet finished the mission in which I discovered she was pregnant.
Reported and tinkerer is looking into it. sorry for to mention that.

There are three cells, one of which has been occupied since I spared her life during the sacrifice.

The game should have the option to place two more Bats in this spot, since there are still two empty cells.;)

That, and a number of other "pet"/prisoner options, has been a popular suggestion for quite a while now. Some new "pets" was even polled by Tinkerer not so long ago. Once the Baron/Greyport and Main questlines are done, essentially completing the game, we might get new residents in those cells as some extra content. It depends on how much room is left in the game engine at that point, and whether other popular requests/ideas get precedence on it. (Dwarf girl, orc girl, nanny for Victoria's kids, boarding school for allllll the new kids since the MC showed up, more story for existing girls such as Sequoia who don't have much, etc.)

We may get more cell residents, or not. It's up to Tinkerer & available game capacity when the time comes, and probably voting by the higher-tier supporters.

I would love to imprison the bandits in the vampire castle. So I can clean up the streets and offer them to the vampires.

The quest to steal the dragon eggs won't trigger. I crafted armor at the blacksmith. When I go back to where the dragons and eggs are, nothing happens.

Can anyone tell what gameplay mechanics AGI and LUK affect and how, besides quests?
I thought agility determined the order of attacks, but some weapons like the sword also grant +X attack speed which seems to be a more-or-less hidden stat, which seems to determine the order rather than agility?

Weapon Speed is a modifier rather than a stat. It adds to (or subtracts from) Agility when attacking with a weapon to determine who goes first, but that's all. Using most weapons is faster than casting a spell, a few are about the same, but big 2-handed melee weapons are actually slower.
-Most armor directly subtracts from AGI, making everything you do slower.

AGI also affects whether you can Escape a fight. The MC's AGI is compared to the other side's, the higher it is in comparison the better your chance of getting away. If it's high enough in comparison you can automatically avoid the fight if you want, but if it's too low there isn't even a chance of successfully Escaping and you have to fight. (Some fights are scripted where you can't Escape no matter how high your AGI is.)

Luck is a bit subtle, it's there for a reason but what it does isn't immediately obvious. I think it affects whether drops with a chance actually drop...giant spiders always give venom glands, but don't always give cave flower nectar. It may also affect things like whether bees swarm you when collecting honey. And I think it improves a target's chances of resisting things like poison or non-damaging spells a bit, but I'm not sure.

Thank you for the explanation, it certainly made things clearer tho some things I'm still not 100% sure I get. So if I understand it correctly, AGI is the "global speed" modifier (determining the order and nothing else) that also affects spells like "Wither", and the "speed" modification listed on some weapons applies only when choosing the basic "attack" option an nothing else, yes? What about "melee skills" eg "Mighty Blow", would it be affected by it, or does the game consider it "casting a spell"? And am I correct in assuming "1 speed" would equal to "1 agility"?

Weapon Speed adds to all attacks using that weapon. I don't recall any physical actions other than attacks that use weapons, except for one or two quest-specific situations. Trying to Escape isn't an attack so Weapon Speed doesn't figure into that.

Mighty Blow is a physical attack technique. It penalizes your go-first total, the tradeoff for doing more damage if you hit. If your AGI is high enough you can still go earlier than an opponent. Weapon Speed still adds to the net go-first total since it's a weapon attack.

A point of Weapon Speed equals a point of AGI for the purposes of going first. Weapons with higher speed tend to have lower ATK bonuses.

NO she lost the head didnt like here
So u finished her quest early. I think next time u visit the eggs should get stolen... have u made a piece of Dragon Armour? I also think u need a specific Goblin Pop. but I forget the number. Hyperthetically Obeah would have helped the number boost a bit faster.
